Photowalk in Greenwich, London

For those that don't know, a photowalk is simply a planned walk with your camera, taking photos as you go and socialising with like-minded people.

For this walk we will meet at Greenwich Station at 11.30am and wait for everyone to arrive before heading out.

Points of interest along the walk with be the National Maritime Museum, the Queen's House, Royal Observatory and Planetarium, the Ranger's House and Greenwich Market.

The walk is likely to be around 3-5 miles and you should wear some shoes that are comfortable to walk in. We will take breaks and stop for refreshments on the way round.

We will aim to finish the walk at around 4.30pm and for those that want to, we will head to a pub for a drink and possibly a bite to eat.

Just for fun, I have picked a creative assignment for the day...

The assignment is 'Words'.
I will have a bag of words printed on paper and everyone will take a small selection at random (approx 3 words each) and attempt to interpret those words in photographs during the photowalk.

Everyone is welcome to share their photos via the Photowalks Facebook page which is here:

There is no restriction on ability or type of camera used.

This photowalk is more a creative, fun and social event than a photography courses as such.
