I am both pleased and excited to announce the first photography course in the form of a short break…
A 3 night stay in the picturesque Lake District with 2 days of photography, tuition and walking amongst some of England’s most beautiful landscapes.
This first course will be priced to cover costs only.
We are lucky enough to have some friends with a stunning B&B very near to the picturesque town of Keswick in Cumbria.
The short break will be fully inclusive of accommodation, photography tuition and food.
We are very limited on spaces so it’s strictly first-come-first-served.

- Wednesday: 7.00am leave guest house for 2-3 mile walk
- Wednesday: 12.00 noon lunch in cafe/tea room (included in price**)
- Wednesday: 2.00pm 2-3 mile walk
- Wednesday: 8.00pm Dinner at restaurant in Keswick town (included in price**)
- Thursday: 5.30am leave guest house to catch sunrise on a circular walk of about 2-3 miles
- Thursday: 8.30am Full English breakfast at Powe House (included in price)
- Thursday: 1.00pm Lunch in Keswick town (included in price**)
- Thursday: 2pm leave to catch sunset on a circular walk of about 2-3 miles
- Thursday: 8.30pm Dinner at restaurant in Keswick town (included in price**)

There will be a reasonable amount of walking involved in this course and it’s important that you are prepared, especially for bad weather. You will also need certain photographic equipment.
You will need:
- Waterproof walking boots/shoes
- Walking Socks
- Waterproof jacket and over trousers
- Waterproof camera bag/rucksack
- Camera
- Lenses
- Tripod (lightweight)
- Cable release
