Naming Your Files
When submitting your images, please make sure they are full size JPGs and are named correctly. The naming is really important, even making sure you are using underscores instead of hyphens, as it will ensure that your photos are kept in the right order when we come to do the slideshow.
Correct naming convention:
Please don't use spaces, but use underscores instead.
Example for the 5 photos in sequence:
Please place your files in the Dropbox folder that I will share with you very soon. I will create individual folders for each assignment within, so place your images in the correct assignment folder.
Notes About Your Photos
Sometimes it is a really good idea to include some notes about your photos. It really helps the group to understanding what you were trying to achieve with your images, especially if you can’t attend the meeting. These can be general notes about all 5 of your photos or notes on the individual images. Please leave your notes with your photos in Dropbox, just as a text file.
This course is really for most levels of photographer, as long as you are open to try the assignments then I’m sure you will get a lot out of it. You could be a quite well established photographer but want to push yourself out of your comfort zones and try some different things to get you excited and inspired. Equally you could be relatively new to photography and want to get on and improve your skills whilst having a lot of fun. As you are open-minded to learning and trying new things with your photography then I'm positive this course will improve your photography.
